Savannah Irish
Savannah Irish (she/her) hails from Portland, Maine as a local theatre artist and is a proud Mad Horse Theatre Company member since the spring of 2022. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre with a Minor in Music from the University of Southern Maine. She has worked professionally as a performer with The Children’s Museum & Theatre of Maine, in a one woman show as Dust Cloud in The Girl Who Swallowed A Cactus, Camden Shakespeare Festival, Ziggurat Theatre Ensemble, among others. She also has worked at Walt Disney WorldⓇ Resort, Florida in 2018 as an Entertainment Costumer at The Magic KingdomⓇ for the 3 o’clock parade, The Festival of Fantasy & Disney’s Animal KingdomⓇ Finding Nemo: The Musical, where she was a professional dresser. Savannah also finds joy as a costume designer and stage manager. Mad Horse Theatre Company credits include: Dying To Know, Costume Designer; Appropriate, Assistant Stage Manager & Costume Designer; The Effect, Costume Designer, Mary Jane, Assistant Stage Manager. When not in the theater, she enjoys WAY too much coffee, discussing films, and collecting spooky socks.
